CMC Construction Testing offers a variety of destructive and non-destructive methodologies to evaluate construction compliance and material performance in relation to approved construction documents and manufacturers' published criteria.  CMC Construction Testing ranges from the AAMA 501.2-83 "Field Check for Water Leakage" to laboratory analysis.  CMC Construction Testing Reports identify anomaly source(s) and responsibility, and prove to be exceptionally beneficial in resolving potential legal disputes.

CMC Thermographic Surveys utilize infrared scanning and thermal imaging to delineate areas of subsurface moisture in roofing and exterior wall assemblies.  This non-destructive testing provides a cost effective method for determining the presence (and extent) of moisture within construction assemblies.  Further testing for qualitative and quantitative verification may be conducted which includes nuclear, capacitance, galvanic, gravimetric and forensic analysis.
