Our Mission
We believe that CMC is unique in our high level of quality services and attention to meeting the specific needs of each project. CMC is comprised of a group of professionals unequaled in caliber as our principals and key team members have dedicated their careers to the field of construction moisture. Areas of recognized expertise include roofing, waterproofing, exterior wall and deck coatings, elastomeric sealants, curtain walls, glazing, and exterior wall assemblies including Exterior Insulated and Finish Systems (EIFS). CMC has also become extensively involved with moisture related problems in wall construction which often result in condensation phenomena, mildew and fungi, as well as premature degradation of construction materials.
As a team, working closely with individual client needs, we are committed to providing the most efficient and cost effective programs in reaching long-term waterproofing integrity for specific construction assemblies.

Since 1992, CMC has successfully completed hundreds of roofing and waterproofing consulting projects including airports, school and university campuses, government facilities, corporate headquarters facilities, historical preservations, shopping centers, hi and low rise office buildings, high profile residences and condominiums to name a few. Our project involvement represents literally millions of square feet of building envelope components throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
